We are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Researcher to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. If you are passionate about building innovative products for American sports fans, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep research into industry trends and company intelligence to sharpen our talent sourcing strategies.
- Create detailed talent maps to provide a clear view of the market and guide our search efforts.
- Proactively identify and connect with passive candidates using LinkedIn and other specialized sourcing tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in talent sourcing, operations, or market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to design, standardize, and execute effective processes.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition and process design within the gaming or tech industry.
What we offer
The target base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $180,000, in addition to target equity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our distributed team:
