About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Sourcer to join our Talent team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top-tier talent for executive-level positions across all company functions. You will lead market mapping efforts, manage initial candidate engagement, and serve as a strategic partner to our recruiters and hiring leaders to identify the best talent for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for high-priority roles, focusing on the engagement of passive candidates.
- Oversee research projects by creating detailed project plans and providing expert insights into market conditions.
- Design and implement innovative search methodologies while gathering competitive intelligence to inform our hiring strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in executive recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition. Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience sourcing executive-level roles within competitive industries.
- A proven ability to use market data and talent insights to influence leadership decisions.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates for specialized fields such as Engineering, Product, Design, G&A, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong skills in building relationships with senior management and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in screening resumes and evaluating candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
Bonus points if you have an interest in the electric and autonomous vehicle industry, expertise in using ATS platforms like Lever, or experience managing complex technical roles.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $114,000 to $162,000. Please note that this is a contract role employed through a vendor, and you will be eligible for a benefits package provided by that vendor, which includes hybrid work options.
