What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contractor basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. In this position, you will serve as a key partner to our executive leadership, including our CEO, CTO, and CPO, providing expert consultation and full life cycle recruitment support as we continue to scale our leadership teams.
What will you do?
- Collaborate directly with our executive team to deeply understand our strategic hiring requirements and define specific role criteria.
- Design and execute targeted research strategies to map the marketplace and identify top-tier prospective candidates for engineering and operational leadership positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from conducting comprehensive screenings and facilitating interviews to guiding complex negotiations and assisting with the final onboarding transition.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes at the Director level and above, ideally within a hyper-growth startup environment. You must be a master of confidentiality and possess excellent business acumen. We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships and has a proven ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation. Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and a strong grasp of current market trends are essential. While not required, we would love to see experience with the Lever ATS, a background in managing complex technical roles, or a genuine interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry. You should be fluent in English.
