At Bumble, we are on a mission to build a world-class talent acquisition function that reflects the quality of our brand. We are currently expanding our team by launching a dedicated executive search function that reports directly to our Global Head of Talent. As our first Executive Recruiter, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategies required to attract top-tier leadership talent at the Vice President level and beyond.

The role

This is a full-time, executive-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will serve as a foundational member of our team, tasked with shaping how we approach high-level hiring to ensure we meet our organizational goals with excellence.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive executive search strategy to identify and attract high-caliber leaders to the company.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of our organizational needs and talent requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive roles, including sourcing, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, and facilitating complex negotiations.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search, ideally within an in-house capacity at a high-growth technology or digital firm.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, candidate assessment, and the use of modern recruitment software and tools.
• A robust professional network within the tech industry.
• A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The base compensation for this role ranges from $103,000 to $115,000 per year. In addition to base pay, this position is typically eligible for our short-term and long-term incentive programs. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
