Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. We need someone with 5 to 7 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of the executive search process.
Your impact
- You will own the full-cycle search process, guiding every step from initial sourcing to final offer negotiations.
- You will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, deeply understanding their unique leadership needs and providing strategic talent solutions.
- You will proactively identify and engage top-tier senior talent through sophisticated market mapping, networking, and expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic insight and relationship-building skills. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Five to seven years of experience in executive recruiting, ideally with a background in both agency and in-house settings.
- A proven track record of managing complex client relationships and successfully delivering on senior-level mandates.
- Advanced proficiency in strategic sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, paired with the organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
