Are you ready to shape the future of cell therapy for autoimmune diseases and help bring transformative treatments to patients who need them most?
What you bring
We are looking for an Executive Director to serve as Lifecycle Lead on a full-time basis. In this remote role you will guide the integrated strategy and execution for our lead programs, KYV-101 and KYV-102, drawing on deep experience in project management, program leadership, regulatory affairs, and data-driven decision making within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Define and deliver an integrated asset strategy that maximizes program value while aligning with corporate goals, working closely with colleagues across research, translational science, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, medical affairs, intellectual property, communications, quality, and commercial functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives on time and to the highest quality standards, ensuring robust governance oversight and clear reporting at every stage of planning and implementation.
- Oversee program budgets in partnership with functional heads, manage risks and opportunities, and develop backup scenarios and go/no-go decision points that protect timelines and resources.
This position is based anywhere, provided you can work remotely with our globally distributed team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a PhD or equivalent advanced degree and brings at least ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a program or lifecycle lead. You have a proven track record in biologics and in autoimmune, oncology, or hematology indications, along with a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain and the cross-functional nature of drug development from research through commercial launch. Experience with NDA and BLA filings, regulatory submissions across early- and late-stage lifecycle phases, and work in international environments is essential. Strong command of clinical data interpretation, the ability to drive initiatives in resource-constrained settings, and comfort operating within matrix organizations are equally important. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a collaborative yet decisive approach to stakeholder management complete the profile.
