Executive Creative Director at Inizio Engage XD

We are looking for an Executive Creative Director to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a transformative opportunity to lead the creative agenda for Inizio Engage XD, a powerhouse in engagement and experience design. We combine deep insight and expertise to deliver world-class experiences that change mindsets and enrich cultures. In this senior, global leadership role, you will define our creative vision, elevate our standards, and inspire our teams across experiential, employee engagement, and learning programs. You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and business growth, helping us convert ambition into commercial impact while building trusted relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion a global creative vision while providing stewardship across our brands, including Emota, Forty1, and Nazarè.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across the UK and US to foster a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
• Drive innovation by integrating creative technology and AI into our workflows in thoughtful, practical, and compliant ways.

Requirements

We are seeking a leader with extensive experience in managing high-performing creative teams and a deep background in at least one of our core disciplines. You should possess strong creative judgment and exceptional storytelling skills across narrative, visual, and verbal formats. We value candidates who can guide complex creative journeys for senior clients while balancing ambitious ideas with commercial feasibility.
