The opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our leadership, driving execution on key initiatives and ensuring our business priorities stay on track. You will serve as the heartbeat of the office, managing complex schedules and acting as a primary point of contact for executive direct reports. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making high-level decisions that keep our operations running smoothly.
A day in the life
- You will take ownership of complex calendar management, prioritizing meeting requests and making independent decisions to ensure your executives focus on the most impactful work.
- You will coordinate travel, manage expenses, and facilitate both in-person and virtual team events, ensuring every logistical detail is handled with precision.
- You will build strong relationships across the organization, drafting communications and preparing materials that help move our key projects forward.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience supporting executives, ideally within the high-tech industry. You possess a high level of integrity, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Your communication skills in English are excellent, and you have a proven track record of managing multiple projects in parallel.
