Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our C-suite and senior leadership team. This is a full-time position based in Princeton, NJ. As part of our hybrid work model, you will be expected to work from our office three days per week on average.
Your impact
- Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer by managing complex deal-related calendars, timelines, and high-stakes logistics for partnerships and M&A activities.
- Drive operational efficiency for our executive leadership by proactively managing schedules, travel, and confidential communications with precision and discretion.
- Collaborate across departments to prepare high-impact materials, including deal decks, executive summaries, and board-level documentation, while maintaining secure and accurate records.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 6 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a strong ability to synthesize complex information. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates exceptional professional ethics, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Excellent communication and planning skills are essential for coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $112,100 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success, including:
