Our work supports critical missions, ranging from helping the Department of Defense identify threats to assisting biomedical researchers in their quest to discover life-saving cures. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation to join us as our next Executive Assistant.
What you bring
As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary support for our CEO and the broader leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be based in our office, where your expertise in engineering, administrative support, and project management will help keep our operations running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, screening correspondence, and preparing essential reports or presentations.
- Handling operational tasks such as coordinating company events, managing travel logistics, and overseeing project timelines to ensure we meet our goals.
- Serving as a key communicator and liaison between the CEO, our internal team, and our external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities. You should be a clear and effective communicator who is comfortable multitasking in a dynamic setting. We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in an office management or executive assistant capacity. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Furthermore, you must hold a high school diploma, though a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred. Because our work involves sensitive projects, you must be a United States citizen and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Fluency in English is required for this position.
