What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated partner to our Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product, ensuring their focus remains on high-impact priorities. Your daily work will involve utilizing tools like Google Suite, Notion, and Slack to maintain operational excellence.
- Manage complex, high-volume calendaring and scheduling to ensure the executive’s time is optimized.
- Coordinate and facilitate key team events, including offsites, hackathons, and All Hands meetings.
- Prepare essential documentation, such as board reports, technical updates, and meeting agendas, while handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful professional with a background in supporting executives within the technology sector. You should possess exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable when priorities shift. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of Engineering and Event Coordination workflows. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can act as an advocate for our company culture. We look for individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of independent decision-making, and eager to take on special projects as needed.
What we offer
