What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Executive Assistant to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier for our Engineering leadership, anticipating needs and resolving operational hurdles before they impact the team. You will be at the core of our operations, ensuring our executives remain focused on company-critical objectives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate schedules, and optimize meeting effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic gatekeeper to protect executive time and focus.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, including basic project management, meeting preparation, and documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for continuous improvement. You should possess at least two years of experience supporting C-level or VP-level technology executives. Proficiency in Google G-Suite is essential, as is the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. We value candidates who demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive self-starting attitude, and a collaborative spirit. While not required, a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
