About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO for a full-time, hybrid position. This role serves as the right hand to our top leader, acting as a gatekeeper and confidant to ensure our CEO’s time and energy are focused on high-value priorities. You will be a critical extension of our executive leadership, driving efficiency and alignment across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with foresight and precision.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal leadership, board members, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate board meetings and executive initiatives by preparing agendas, drafting reports, and tracking the execution of strategic commitments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a professional services environment like legal, consulting, or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, is considered a significant asset.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
Location
This position is based in Chicago, IL, and follows a hybrid work model.
