Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the role is to build morale and advocate for the EA team, provide coaching and development support, manage the development budget and planning, schedule team building and off-site events, manage eligibility for new executives, ensure coverage for time off, review and recommend changes to processes, provide coverage if required, and participate in performance calibration across the team.

AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The Canada base salary rangefor this position is $92,000 - $104,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
