Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated coaching, professional development, and career planning for our Executive Administrative team.
- Define our support model and establish standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage the team budget and coordinate a calendar of training, off-site events, and team-building activities.
- Negotiate and influence support coverage requirements with senior leadership.
- Assign administrative support, manage team changes, and act as a strong advocate for our EA staff.
- Participate in performance calibration and ensure consistent coverage for time off.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of experience in an Executive Administrative role.
- Proven leadership ability with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working in Human Resources.
- Active membership in the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
Benefits
The base salary range for this position in Canada is $100,000 to $110,000.
