Auros is looking for a Execution Services Team Lead
We are Auros, a premier algorithmic trading and market-making firm dedicated to providing liquidity for digital assets. Operating across more than 10 global locations, we handle 3 to 4 percent of total daily global trading volumes through our connections to over 50 venues, and we are looking for an Execution Services Team Lead to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a group of developers dedicated to exchange connectivity.
- Create and deploy high-performance, reliable solutions for connecting to various cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Work closely with our traders to identify and address their specific connectivity needs.
- Maintain the scalability, efficiency, and overall reliability of our integration systems.
- Monitor and adapt to the latest changes in cryptocurrency protocols and exchange APIs.
- Diagnose and fix challenging connectivity problems within our fast-moving trading environment.
- Define the team strategy, manage project workloads, and bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Must-haves
- Significant background in software development, preferably within a top-tier high-frequency trading firm, with specific expertise in order management, order entry, or market data.
- Deep understanding of low-latency communication protocols, websockets, and exchange APIs.
- Professional proficiency in C++.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience thriving in a remote work environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience working with Python and TypeScript.
