What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team on a Full Time basis at our India location. You will be working within our Product and Sustenance Engineering group, where you will use your expertise in C++, Golang, and Java to build robust Microservices and Cloud-based solutions. Your daily focus will involve:

• Designing and implementing innovative features for both our on-premise and SaaS offerings.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to shape our technical strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Maintaining high standards of quality by driving test-driven development and ensuring our enterprise solutions remain resilient.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. We are looking for individuals with at least four years of experience in developing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. You should have a sharp analytical mind and a natural ability to debug complex codebases. We value candidates who are self-starters and fast learners, as you will often be diving deep into intricate problems to provide rapid, high-quality fixes. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, and any prior experience with cloud-native services will be considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication across our global teams.
