Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Events & Partner Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on building high-impact programs. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with our global team to elevate our brand presence and drive revenue through sophisticated marketing initiatives.
Your impact
- Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for our tradeshows, corporate events, and customer gatherings to maximize brand visibility.
- Partner closely with our Strategic Partners team to develop and implement programs that directly drive pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
- Establish rigorous KPIs and reporting frameworks to track the success of all initiatives, providing clear insights to our executive and sales leadership teams.
What you'll need
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B event marketing, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on partner marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable business decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a proven history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- A high bar for quality and a natural curiosity that motivates those around you.
- Prior experience in B2B enterprise software or private equity-backed companies is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English.
