About the Role
We are hiring an Events Operations Manager on a Full Time basis. In this senior remote position you will take full ownership of the operational delivery for the Accelerate with Google digital event series, ensuring every timeline, asset, and live moment runs smoothly from planning through post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple regional digital events, maintaining project briefs, master timelines, milestone trackers, and risk logs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver registration workflows, speaker logistics, creative assets, and livestream production on schedule.
- Drive continuous process improvement by spotting operational bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and producing post-event analytics that inform future optimizations.
Requirements
To succeed you will bring:
- At least eight years of experience in event marketing, operations, or project management, including hands-on delivery of digital or live online events.
- Proven skill in managing complex, concurrent timelines and risks while working across regional teams and external partners.
- Direct experience handling speaker coordination, registration data, and post-event reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced, live-event setting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A genuine curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with the capacity to quickly learn and apply new solutions.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere.
