We are currently looking for a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to help us drive engagement and visibility across the Americas. What you bring
As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a full-time capacity. This role is based in Chicago and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will be instrumental in executing our event strategy, from initial planning to final analysis. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound conference sponsorships and speaking requests while overseeing the production of our hosted webinars.
- Developing and launching promotional campaigns that include email marketing, sales collateral, and branded merchandise.
- Conducting detailed post-event analysis and quarterly ROI reports to measure effectiveness and identify future growth opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong communicator who can adapt your style to suit various stakeholders, and you must possess a collaborative spirit that helps build strong internal relationships. We value candidates who are skilled writers capable of turning consumer trends into compelling narratives. Technical proficiency is essential, and you should have hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. A solid understanding of social media management tools is also required to help support our broader digital marketing efforts.
