We are looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to join our remote team and help us execute our most significant brand moments.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the end-to-end sponsorship sales process for our hosted events, from initial recruitment to final fulfillment, while managing revenue targets and collaborating with finance to track your progress.
- You will plan, produce, and execute sponsored events by handling all logistics, including contract negotiations, production, branding, content management, and travel.
- You will oversee event budgets to ensure operational transparency and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to guarantee a high level of service.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in event production and sponsorship management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Five to eight years of experience managing the technical and logistical aspects of event production.
- A proven track record of securing sponsors and generating at least $1M in revenue.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with virtual meetings and events.
- The ability to travel at least once a month.
- Fluency in English.
- An edge if you have experience in the tech industry, international programs, or working in an asynchronous remote environment.
