We are searching for a motivated Events Marketer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Urbint, we use artificial intelligence and external data to help utility providers and infrastructure owners prevent catastrophic losses, ultimately making communities safer and more resilient. We are a dedicated group of experts and engineers who value problem-solving and meaningful impact. In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate closely with our leadership team, including our CEO and VP of Sales, to drive our growth through strategic event planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of our event marketing strategy by managing the logistics, budgeting, and coordination for various industry conferences.
- Partner with our sales department to align on account outreach goals and ensure our team is fully prepared for every event.
- Collaborate with external agencies to manage booth requirements and promotional materials, while also securing impactful speaking opportunities for our leaders.
Requirements
- You should have 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within a software company.
- We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and possesses the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working cross-functionally with various internal teams and executives.
- Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus, as is a background in graphic design using tools like Canva or Figma.
- A genuine curiosity about the utility industry, including worker safety and infrastructure regulation, will help you thrive in this position.
- Please note that this role requires the ability to travel 30 to 40 percent of the time to support our events.
