The role
We are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who can take ownership of our event marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for elevating our presence at tradeshows and conferences, ensuring that every interaction effectively showcases our brand and drives meaningful lead generation. We need someone who can manage the full lifecycle of our events while bringing fresh ideas to optimize our market impact.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events to ensure they align with our go-to-market strategy.
- Manage complex event budgets and coordinate logistics with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful delivery.
- Partner closely with our sales and demand generation teams to track performance metrics, ensuring that our event presence directly contributes to pipeline growth and high-quality lead capture.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in field marketing and event strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in planning and executing B2B events or tradeshows.
- Proven expertise in project management, vendor negotiation, and meticulous budget oversight.
- Proficiency with essential marketing and sales tools, specifically Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
