The opportunity

We are seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our field marketing efforts, ensuring that our presence at industry events is seamless and impactful. You will work closely with our marketing and sales departments to drive brand awareness and generate meaningful connections within the institutional crypto space. This position is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on organization and wants to play a vital part in how we represent the most trusted name in institutional digital assets.

A day in the life

• You will assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of company events, managing everything from logistics and vendor coordination to providing support on-site.
• You will maintain our CRM systems by updating event data and lead information, ensuring our outreach efforts are tracked and reported accurately.
• You will conduct market research to identify high-value networking opportunities and industry conferences that align with our strategic business goals.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and project management. You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance multiple tasks at once. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally with exposure to event planning or field marketing.
• Strong proficiency in organizing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
• Bonus points if you have experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or a genuine interest in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
