Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Events Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital role in executing our event strategy and ensuring our presence at industry gatherings is seamless and effective.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of event logistics, including booth selection, managing shipping for marketing materials and swag, and coordinating travel arrangements for our team members.
- Build and manage registration pages using HubSpot and set up Calendly workflows to streamline booth demos and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare the team for success by creating detailed "Know Before You Go" documents, hosting pre-show briefings, and providing on-site support to ensure everything runs according to plan.
What you'll need
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- A highly organized mindset with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative spirit and a keen eye for detail, especially regarding brand guidelines and design.
- A willingness to travel, as this role requires approximately 15% travel, primarily during the months of May and June.
- Fluency in English.
