The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Events and Trade Show Manager to lead our marketing efforts and showcase our cutting-edge robotic imaging technology. You will be the primary architect behind our presence at industry events, ensuring that our technology makes a lasting impression on healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. By orchestrating everything from intimate dinner programs to large-scale trade shows, you will play a vital role in positioning our systems as the new standard in medical device innovation.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute high-impact trade show strategies, including booth concepts and pre-show marketing campaigns, to ensure our technology stands out to the medical community.
- You will manage complex event logistics for case observations and peer-to-peer sessions, working closely with hospital staff and interventional pulmonologists to demonstrate the practical benefits of our robotics.
- You will coordinate VIP visits and Physician Advisory Board meetings, ensuring that every detail aligns with our strategic goals while fostering strong relationships with industry influencers.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in event management or marketing, specifically within the medical device or healthcare sector. You possess a deep understanding of medical terminology and surgical procedures, which allows you to communicate effectively with clinicians and executives alike. You are highly organized, comfortable using event management software, and ready to travel domestically up to 50 percent of the time to bring our events to life. Proficiency in English and a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite are essential for your success in this role.
