Role at a glance
We are looking for an Events and Community Marketing Intern to join our 18-person marketing team. This is a student internship based in Germany. You will work in a hybrid capacity, meaning you will need to be based in Berlin and able to visit our office at least 8 times a month. You will report directly to our Global Field Marketing Lead and play a key role in boosting our brand presence across EMEA and North America.
Your impact
- Help plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, including managing logistics like venue selection, catering, and booth setups.
- Create engaging content for our community, such as newsletters, discussion prompts, and polls, while moderating spaces to ensure they remain valuable for HR professionals.
- Analyze performance data from our marketing initiatives to track ROI and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English, with German language skills considered a plus.
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for event planning and community building.
- The ability to travel within Germany to assist with on-site event execution.
