We are a remote-first organization backed by notable investors, including Sound Ventures and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. We are currently seeking an Event Program Lead to join our marketing team and drive our B2B2C growth strategy through impactful field and digital marketing initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that drives measurable conversions and supports long-term business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for both in-person and digital events, including contract negotiations, vendor management, and on-site production.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to build an annual event roadmap that aligns with company goals and industry trends.
- Oversee all pre-show planning, which includes training internal teams on demos and messaging, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing event materials.
- Represent LearnLux at national trade shows and conferences, including booth design, setup, and active participation in industry events.
- Execute a promotional item strategy, including budget management and the coordination of swag for ABM campaigns and customer engagement.
- Perform data-driven post-event analysis to provide actionable feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in both digital and in-person event marketing.
- Proven success in managing event marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management, budget oversight, and the use of marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships across cross-functional teams.
- A passion for travel and the ability to attend conferences across the United States.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience marketing specifically to HR or benefits professionals.
- Knowledge of personal finance topics and a commitment to financial literacy.
- Additional skills in digital marketing or design, particularly with tools like Canva, MailChimp, or video editing software.
