We are currently looking for an Event Operations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Our company focuses on the seamless planning and execution of high-quality events, and we need someone who can help us manage the logistics and daily operations that make these experiences possible. Responsibilities
- Take charge of our scheduling software to ensure all team members and resources are properly aligned.
- Oversee the organization, tracking, and distribution of essential event inventory.
- Provide dedicated support during weekend shifts by managing team attendance, addressing tardiness, and answering general staff inquiries.
Requirements
- You should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in administrative or operational roles.
- It is essential that you are comfortable with physical tasks, specifically the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- We require proficiency in digital collaboration and organization tools, including Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
- You must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with our vendors and team members.
