We are currently looking for an Event Operations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Our company focuses on the seamless planning and execution of high-quality events, and we need someone who can help us manage the logistics and daily operations that make these experiences possible. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Take charge of our scheduling software to ensure all team members and resources are properly aligned.
Oversee the organization, tracking, and distribution of essential event inventory.
Provide dedicated support during weekend shifts by managing team attendance, addressing tardiness, and answering general staff inquiries.

Requirements

You should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in administrative or operational roles.
It is essential that you are comfortable with physical tasks, specifically the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
We require proficiency in digital collaboration and organization tools, including Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
You must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with our vendors and team members.
