We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team in France, where you will play a central role in shaping our brand presence and driving pipeline through innovative, high-impact events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for both in-person and virtual events, including webinars and reference huddles.
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial concept, budgeting, and creative planning to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with channel and partner leadership to execute collaborative marketing programs and campaigns.
- Integrate event technology platforms with our internal CRM systems to ensure seamless lead management.
- Partner with sales and field marketing teams to ensure all events align with revenue, retention, and reputation goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including event agencies and logistics providers, to ensure smooth and cost-effective execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to continuously improve our event standards and digital innovations.
- Drive brand awareness by ensuring high-quality content, speaker curation, and consistent messaging across all platforms.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience producing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
- A proven track record of generating leads through client and prospect engagement programs.
- A degree in marketing or equivalent in-depth experience in event management.
- Strong proficiency in English and French.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, MS Office, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to visit our Paris office at least once a week.
