We are looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Since our founding in 2016, Right Side Up has established itself as the leading growth marketing consultancy in the U.S. We embed our experts within the world's most notable tech companies, including industry leaders like Uber, Stripe, Google, and DoorDash. We pride ourselves on delivering high-impact marketing results without the typical agency fluff, and we are now seeking a dedicated professional to lead our event strategy and help us continue that tradition of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our event strategy by planning and executing high-quality virtual and in-person experiences that boost brand awareness and build our sales pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of every event, from initial logistics and speaker coordination to day-of execution and post-event performance analysis.
- Enhance our existing webinar program by diversifying our content, adopting new technologies, and streamlining our internal processes for better reach and attendee engagement.
Requirements
- You have 5 to 7 years of marketing experience and a demonstrated history of managing high-caliber events.
- You possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to confidently moderate panels or host webinars for senior marketing executives.
- You are a highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
- You are comfortable working with our core tech stack, which includes Webflow, Zoom, Canva, Zapier, ClickUp, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a genuine passion for growth marketing and ecommerce trends.
