Event Marketing Manager at Augmedix

The role

We are seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be the primary lead for our event strategy, ensuring that our presence at trade shows and virtual events effectively builds brand awareness and drives revenue growth for our organization.

Core responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of event experiences, from researching and pitching new opportunities to leadership to executing logistics and documenting key takeaways for future strategy.
• Serve as the vital link between our marketing and sales teams by managing lead generation, ensuring seamless hand-offs, and tracking event-based pipeline metrics in our CRM.
• Coordinate all operational aspects of our event presence, including managing booth inventory, securing speaking engagements, overseeing promotional campaigns, and representing Augmedix on-site at domestic events.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in event planning and a proactive approach to project management. We require the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in using CRM systems, digital tools, and project management software like Asana or Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to travel domestically for approximately 5 to 10 events per year.
• Bonus points for previous experience with healthcare-related trade shows.
