What you bring
As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand presence and driving growth through strategic event planning. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and evaluating high-impact trade show and event opportunities to present to leadership.
- Managing the end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including booth coordination, promotional assets, and attendee communication.
- Bridging the gap between our marketing and sales teams by overseeing lead management and ensuring seamless follow-up after every event.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least four years of experience in event planning and a proven ability to manage complex logistics. We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field who excels at written and verbal communication. You should be highly organized and comfortable using CRM systems, project management software, and digital marketing tools. Because this role involves representing us on the ground, you must be willing to travel domestically for five to ten events each year. We value candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and possess a strong grasp of the English language. Previous experience with healthcare trade shows is considered a significant plus.
