Triumvirate Environmental is one of North America’s largest environmental services firms, providing essential compliance management to the life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a Senior Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Somerville, Massachusetts. In this hybrid role, you will help us continue our mission to wow both our employees and our customers by managing our event strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend relevant industry events while negotiating sponsorships and agreements.
- Manage the annual events calendar, budget, and all associated vendor contracts.
- Promote our participation through social media and email campaigns.
- Lead internal prep meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on event goals.
- Oversee the logistics of shipping, booth setup, and the inventory of promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral and presentations.
- Analyze post-event metrics to report on ROI and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in event planning or trade show logistics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A solution-driven mindset and a high level of organization.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship and access to reliable transportation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with B2B social media strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software.
