About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a mid-level position where you will be responsible for planning and executing our presence at various industry events. You will manage the logistics of our event strategy, ensuring that our brand shines while we showcase our AI solutions to the world. Please note that this role requires 30 to 50 percent travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to select and prioritize events that best highlight our open source AI mission.
- Oversee all event logistics, including booth setup, travel arrangements, registration, and project timelines.
- Develop engaging on-site experiences, such as booth designs and product demonstrations, that effectively communicate our brand values.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in event planning, marketing, or logistics coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment.
- A creative mindset for building memorable experiences and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in AI innovation and the open source community.
