The opportunity
We are seeking an Event & Field Marketing Manager to take the lead on our event strategy. This is a pivotal role where you will shape how we show up at industry trade shows, community meetups, and virtual experiences. You will be the bridge between our product and our audience, ensuring that every event we host or attend drives brand awareness and meaningful lead generation. Based out of our NYC office, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to turn high-impact field initiatives into real pipeline growth.
A day in the life
- You will plan and execute a diverse calendar of events, ranging from large-scale industry conferences and trade shows to intimate customer dinners and virtual webinars.
- You will collaborate across departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support our events, utilizing email, social media, and digital advertising to maximize attendance and engagement.
- You will manage the entire event lifecycle, including budget forecasting, vendor coordination, booth logistics, and post-event reporting to ensure we are hitting our ROI goals.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally within the B2B SaaS or developer-focused space. You thrive in fast-paced environments where autonomy and ownership are the norms. You possess a sharp analytical mindset, allowing you to track the success of your efforts and report on pipeline impact with ease. You are a natural project manager who can juggle multiple initiatives without missing a beat, and you have the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with sales and product marketing teams. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with platforms like HubSpot, Splash, or Goldcast is a plus.
