We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team and help us create high-impact, intimate experiences that foster genuine connections with our customers and prospects across Canada and the United States.
What you'll be doing
- You will plan and execute exclusive, small-scale activations and curated dinners that create meaningful touch points with our key stakeholders.
- You will own the end-to-end logistics for your events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and on-site execution.
- You will collaborate closely with our internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure every event aligns with our broader business goals and drives measurable impact.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in event coordination or experiential marketing. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in event coordination, vendor management, and budget management.
- A proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to build strong relationships with vendors and engage effectively with our customers.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the willingness to travel extensively across North America to ensure our activations are executed flawlessly.
