Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lead ETL Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in India, where you will take ownership of our data architecture and transformation workflows. We need an experienced professional who can drive technical excellence and mentor our engineering efforts.
Your impact
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our Snowflake data warehousing and DBT environments.
- Take charge of building robust data transformation workflows and complex ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality data across our ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with fellow engineers and administrators to optimize system performance and maintain thorough, accessible documentation for all configurations.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned expert in the modern data stack with a passion for performance and reliability. We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Deep technical proficiency in Snowflake, DBT, and advanced ETL processes.
- Strong experience in managing data warehousing, database maintenance, and ensuring data quality.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to design scalable data pipelines and communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English.
- A proactive approach to documentation and a drive for continuous system improvement.
