Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Lithuania, offering you the flexibility to balance office work with your personal life while staying connected to our professional community.
Your impact
- Analyze technical project documentation and blueprints to ensure all cost estimates are accurate and well-prepared.
- Calculate project scopes and material requirements to support successful project execution.
- Represent our team in client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for estimation matters and evaluating completed projects.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should bring a blend of technical precision and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who has:
- A higher education degree in engineering or mathematics.
- Proven experience in preparing cost estimates.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- An interest in or existing experience using AI tools to streamline your workflow.
