The role

We are looking for a Senior ESG Research Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will play a vital role in our investment strategy by evaluating the sustainability performance of various industries and companies, ensuring our holdings align with our core values.

Core responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive research on sectors and individual companies using our proprietary process to provide actionable investment recommendations.
• Lead engagement efforts with current and prospective holdings to encourage improvements in their ESG initiatives and impact.
• Support our client servicing team by responding to inquiries and helping to draft and refine our marketing materials.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in research and analysis. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Proven ability to perform complex research and translate findings into clear, concise summaries.
• Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate material ESG controversies and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to internal teams and engage effectively with external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required for all research and reporting tasks.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative member of a group.
