Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level ESG and Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Germany and operates under a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between collaborative office environments and the flexibility of remote work.
Your impact
- Lead the conceptualization and development of cloud-based ESG and sustainability reporting software tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Define technical requirements by working closely with our product managers and external content providers to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Support, and Consulting to drive successful market launches and continuous product improvement.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in preparing ESG or sustainability reports, supported by relevant in-service training or academic specialization.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside various internal teams to turn functional requirements into innovative software solutions.
