We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ESD Coordinator to join our team in South Africa on a full-time, on-site basis. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our programs deliver meaningful impact and adhere to the highest standards of excellence.
Key outcomes
- Oversee the daily administration of our ESD programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide beneficiaries and stakeholders on necessary deliverables and project requirements.
- Ensure all program activities strictly follow established policies and guidelines.
- Manage the coordination of workshops, networking events, mentorship sessions, and information sessions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with mentors, beneficiaries, and relevant stakeholders.
- Handle the development and collection of essential documentation, including attendance registers, feedback forms, and surveys.
- Prepare materials for training and workshops, including printing and distribution as needed.
- Market and advertise our ESD programs to increase visibility and engagement.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and preparing documentation for advisory board meetings.
- Support businesses in preparing required materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Review business submissions and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Conduct national and global research on ESD trends to help us refine and improve our program performance.
- Build and maintain a library of market intelligence to support the development of our beneficiaries.
- Apply your expertise in SMME development phases to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or coordination role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English.
- A deep understanding of SMME development and the ability to conduct effective research.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex programs and manage stakeholder relationships.
