Responsibilities:
Administration of the ESD programmes
Facilitate the implementation of the ESD programmes
Advise the beneficiaries and other stakeholders on required deliverables
Ensuring programme policies and guidelines are properly applied and
adhered tooCo-ordinate workshops, mentorship programmes, info session and
networking sessionsCommunicating with beneficiaries, mentors and other stakeholders on
required deliverables and other general notices and remindersDevelopment and collation of attendance registers, feedback forms,
surveys etc.Mailing/printing materials for training sessions, workshops and info
sessions/feedback sessionsCollation of the success articles and maintaining a library of the
development of our ESD programmesAdvertising and marketing of the ESD programmes
Admin management - record keeping, scheduling of workshops, mentoring
sessions, advisory board meetings, collation of packs for the advisory board
meetings etc.Assist businesses with preparation of required material and ensure all
required material is produced in required format with required timelinesReview all material produced by businesses and advise appropriate action
based upon the quality thereofEnsure all businesses submit documentation and input as and when
required
2. SMME needs analysis

Researching nationally and globally for ESD trends to provide input on
how to continuously improve performance in this area

Developing and maintaining an information library of market intelligence
in different sectors and making such available to our ESD programme
beneficiaries and other emerging businesses

Understanding of SMME development phases
