Helios is looking for a ERPNext Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled ERPNext Developer to take on a critical short-term project.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members across different time zones and countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERPNext Platform Development: Design, develop, and implement a robust internal billing platform leveraging ERPNext.
- Systems Integration: Seamlessly integrate ERPNext with our existing SaaS platform and QuickBooks to ensure data synchronization and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with our development, finance, and operations teams to ensure integration solutions meet functional and business requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext integrations promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for the developed system and provide training to internal staff to ensure smooth adoption.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate all developments to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in ERPNext development, customization, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of integrating ERPNext with third-party applications, particularly QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Independence and Accountability:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
