We are looking for a senior ERP Systems Analyst / Implementation Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role you will support end-users and system infrastructure across all TRAM Group sites, focusing on business operations programs such as ERP, plant floor, shipping, and scanning operations. TRAM, Inc. is a Japanese-owned automotive parts supplier serving Japanese Transplants including Toyota, Nissan, and Subaru, as well as domestic OEMs such as Ford and GM. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, we are a subsidiary of Tokai-Rika Co. LTD and currently employ more than 2,500 people across five locations, manufacturing switch-related, security, and safety components for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a new ERP system while providing hands-on technical support and coordination for all TRAM Group locations.
- Design, modify, test, debug, and document systems and applications programs, including the creation of user-specified reports and the development of interfaces between ERP and other business-critical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve operating problems, consult with end users to determine information-processing needs, maintain documentation and user manuals, and deliver training to system users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of programming experience with C#, .NET, or VB.NET, along with proficiency in Visual Studio Development tools and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with knowledge of manufacturing business processes and flow.
- Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with PLEX ERP are considered advantages.
