The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior ERP Systems Administrator to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for our IFS Enterprise Resource Planning system. You will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our systems are not only running smoothly but are also optimized to meet our organizational goals and strict regulatory requirements. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and end-user needs, providing the guidance and support necessary to keep our mission-critical processes moving forward.

A day in the life

• You will manage the installation, upgrades, and daily maintenance of the IFS ERP system while serving as the primary point of contact for technical and functional support.
• You will collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues, lead the testing of new software modules, and ensure we maintain high levels of system uptime.
• You will empower our staff by developing comprehensive knowledge bases, authoring user manuals, and providing direct assistance to help users navigate the system effectively.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep technical background and a heart for customer service. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following to our team:

• At least three years of experience in a similar systems administration role.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience specifically with the IFS ERP system.
• A solid working knowledge of GCP, cGMP, and ICH guidelines.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to explain technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
