Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior ERP Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our IFS ERP system, ensuring our infrastructure supports our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the IFS ERP system by managing installations, upgrades, and ongoing support to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing both functional and technical guidance while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and user manuals.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and internal development teams to resolve complex issues and implement system improvements that align with regulatory requirements like GCP and cGMP.
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience specifically with the IFS ERP system.
- Strong proficiency in customer service and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- A working knowledge of GCP, cGMP, or ICH guidelines.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Fluency in English.
