At HBM Machines, we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a Senior ERP Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. Since adopting NetSuite in 2022, our technical landscape has evolved significantly, and we now need a dedicated expert to take ownership of our ERP environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our system, ensuring it grows alongside our organization while providing support to our internal users. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have the autonomy to drive improvements, manage complex workflows, and help shape the future of our digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the functional and technical management of our NetSuite environment, including resolving incidents and preparing for new releases.
- Act as the central authority for all operational and strategic questions regarding our ERP, while managing relationships with our six to seven internal key users.
- Analyze and optimize core business processes, such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, while ensuring seamless integration with our other systems.
Requirements
- An academic or higher professional education level (HBO+/WO).
- Proven experience with ERP systems, with a strong ability to master NetSuite management quickly if you do not already possess direct NetSuite expertise.
- Professional background in the logistics sector or specific experience working with NetSuite.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, data analysis, and change management.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of integration platforms, such as Dell Boomi, is considered a significant advantage.
What we offer
We provide a salary range between 60,000 and 84,000 EUR per year, depending on your specific experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Flexibility to work from home, though you are always welcome at our office.
- Extensive opportunities for professional development, including training and certification programs.
- Commuter benefits to support your daily travel.
