The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior ERP Specialist Project Manager to take ownership of our enterprise resource planning landscape. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between our technical infrastructure and our business operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems are not only functional but optimized to support our mission. This position is hybrid, allowing you to balance collaborative time in our office with the flexibility of remote work after your initial onboarding period.

A day in the life

• You will lead the implementation of our new ERP system while maintaining and developing our existing infrastructure.
• You will manage critical interfaces between our ERP and our various platforms, including e-commerce, logistics, and accounting.
• You will act as a primary point of contact for our internal users, providing training, support, and troubleshooting in collaboration with external service partners.

Who you are

You are a structured thinker who thrives on solving complex problems. You possess a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, and you have significant experience in the administration and customization of ERP systems. You understand how business processes function, particularly within an e-commerce environment, and you have a proven track record of optimizing these workflows. Proficiency with databases and system interfaces is highly valued. Because you will be working closely with our team in Germany, fluency in German is essential.
