The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead high-stakes Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations that accelerate our clients' success. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will work closely with our Lead Project Management to define our strategic direction and ensure our teams perform at their absolute best.

A day in the life

• You will lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CE implementations, guiding them from the initial kick-off through to hypercare.
• You will manage communication with clients and stakeholders, setting clear expectations and keeping a close watch on project scope and timelines.
• You will proactively identify risks and spot opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, collaborating with our sales team to deliver additional value to our clients.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience managing ERP implementations. You possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics and hold certifications in PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile methodologies. You are a natural communicator who can translate the needs of directors and key users into actionable plans. You balance a high-level strategic view with a keen eye for detail, and you are comfortable coaching multidisciplinary teams of consultants and developers. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and while not mandatory, experience with financial or trading processes like excise, EMCS, or EDI is a welcome bonus.
