What is this role?
We are searching for an experienced ERP Manager to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a remote position that focuses on overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Microsoft D365 environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our software solutions align with our business goals, with the expectation of occasional travel to our headquarters in Hudson, Ohio.
What will you do?
- Lead the full project management lifecycle for our ERP solution, including planning and implementing both operational and financial initiatives.
- Oversee the entire system development life cycle, which includes managing system architecture, infrastructure, testing, and deployments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership, staff, and external vendors to resolve ERP issues and optimize business processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in IT and a deep understanding of ERP systems. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least twelve years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 implementation.
- A four-year technical degree, though an advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- A proven track record of improving productivity through strategic software implementation.
- Fluency in English.
