The opportunity

We are seeking an ERP Apps Developer II to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be a key problem solver within our Information Technology department, tasked with analyzing complex business challenges and developing technical solutions that drive continuous improvement. You will work alongside an experienced IT team to support, modify, and implement code across all areas of our business. This is a true full-stack development position that spans everything from database management and web services to front-end applications and reporting. Your work will directly impact how we operate, and you will have the chance to collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure our systems remain robust and efficient.

A day in the life

• You will design, develop, and maintain a variety of software solutions, including our ERP system, web applications, and reporting portals, while ensuring all code meets our security and quality standards.
• You will utilize powerful tools like C#, TSQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS to extract data and build insightful reports that help our leadership make informed decisions.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve issues for both front-end and back-end components, while also participating in code reviews and the design phase of new projects to ensure we are always building for the future.

Who you are

You are a motivated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and you bring at least three years of experience in a software development role. You are comfortable working in an environment that values clean architecture and SOLID principles, and you have a strong grasp of the software development life cycle. To be successful here, you should possess the following:

• At least three years of hands-on experience with C# and a deep understanding of TSQL or PL/SQL.
• Experience using source control tools like GIT.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with users across the entire organization.
• A methodical approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for evaluating the priority and impact of technical tasks.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

While not required, experience with the IFS ERP system is considered a significant plus, and we are always excited to meet candidates who are eager to learn new technologies.
